so yesterday, i went to a restaurant called Por Kee eating house which is half in a carpark. we had CHAMPAGNE RIBS (WOOTS), prawn paste chicken(i dunno how else to translate, don't ask.) noodles and deep fried egg tofu. the egg tofu was quite nice except for the fact that it was in slivers instead of the usual rectangular bits. the prawn paste chicken was, well, smelly but was nicely fried and was quite juicy. the noodles were... bland... and... oiiiiiiiiiiillllllllllly. the champagne ribs.......................................................................................................................
heavenly. it was just sweet enough without burning the sugar and the meat was juicy, tender, and without too much fatty bits.
